Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design concepts
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs
- Translate ideas, business goals, and user requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new products and features
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews
- Help maintain consistency in design systems, UI patterns, and brand guidelines
- Work on improving user journeys, usability, accessibility, and overall experience
- Support developers with design clarifications during implementation
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, testing, and business needs
Required Skills
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and interaction design
- Basic understanding of UI design, typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a user-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
