Job summary

Anlage Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking a User Experience Engineer to lead prototype work and software solutions that optimize the user experience. You will translate design concepts into tangible prototypes, balancing technical feasibility with design intent.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a functional, engaging, and intuitive user experience across projects, mentoring junior colleagues and shaping design decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with development teams.
