Qualifications

• Experience in US Mortgage Underwriting or Pre-Underwriting.
• Strong understanding of Income Calculation, DTI, and LTV.
• Expertise in Asset Review and Credit Analysis.
• Familiarity with Credit Bureau Reports and AUS Tools (DU/LP).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
