Job summary

Intelli Search Services seeks an experienced US Payroll & Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end US payroll operations, payroll accounting, compliance, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with HR, Finance, Tax, and payroll service providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and accounting compliance.

The candidate should have 7–10 years of US payroll experience, strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, and proficiency with ADP, Workday,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of payroll and accounting experience, including US payroll management, mostly in-house not with BPO payroll.
• Experience with US payroll plus LATAM/Canada/Mexico payroll is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, payroll taxes, and wage laws.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, Paychex, or UKG.
• Strong GL accounting and month-end close knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end US payroll operations and payroll accounting.
• Ensure payroll compliance, reconciliations, and accurate month-end close.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Tax and payroll service providers.
• Prepare financial reporting and maintain SOX-compliant controls where applicable.
