Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Financial models to calculate project profitability.
• Calculating and processing payouts to channel partners and staff.
• Handle financial tasks such as finalizing books, preparing payrolls, and maintaining Balance Sheets (B/S).
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements like cash flow statements, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
• Communicating and coordinating with clients.

Education and Experience:

• Hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar
• Possess minimum 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• A Postgraduate degree or Chartered Accountant (Intermediate) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidate Specifications:

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Ability to manage various financial aspects, including taxation.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling diverse accounting functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to the US Pacific Time Zone (9pm-6am IST) - Must have
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
• Candidates with prior experience in direct dealings with clients will be preferred.
• Prior experience in a service-oriented accounting firm managing multiple clients will be advantageous.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly working with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), is an added advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, especially in preparing Financial Dashboards.
