Job summary

Homebazaar.com, part of Home Bazaar Services Pvt Ltd, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Vashi to lead day-to-day AP operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the finance team with timely reporting. The role requires 5–10 years of experience and a strong understanding of GST and TDS.

You will manage invoice processing, payments, vendor relationships, and month-end close; coordinate with procurement and finance for streamlined operations, and produce MIS reports

Qualifications

• Proficient in GST, TDS and other tax regulations.
• Experience in vendor management and AP processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with automation or system upgrades is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting the finance team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships; resolve escalated queries and disputes.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments for streamlined operations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing schedules and reports.
• Monitor and maintain AP ageing reports and ensure timely clearing of outstanding liabilities.
• Review and approve payment runs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and authorisation matrix.
• Prepare and analyse Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for internal use and decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant data and trend analysis.
