You will lead a team of Editorial Assistants, optimize manuscript submission and peer review workflows, and ensure timely, quality outputs. The role requires 5–8 years of experience in scholarly publishing or editorial operations, strong communication, and a focus on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Sciences.
• Experience in scholarly publishing, editorial operations, or peer review administration.
• Team management and leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of manuscript submission systems and publishing workflows is preferred.
