We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Analyst to join our growing team. You'll own real workflows, work with live data, and make decisions that directly impact revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency across multiple e-commerce channels.

Role & responsibilities:

Focus on e-commerce-specific skills paired with your emphasized tools.

Google Sheets: Pivot tables, QUERY/IMPORTRANGE functions, conditional formatting, data cleaning, and real-time collaboration for sales dashboards.
Advanced MS Excel: V LOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, SUM IFS, and charts for inventory analysis.
Analyse sales, customer, and inventory data using Google Sheets and Excel to derive actionable insights.
Build dashboards for KPIs like conversion rate, CLV, and churn using pivot tables and charts.
Clean and transform datasets with formulas (V LOOKUP, QUERY) and Power Query.
