Job summary

International Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive business development across multiple cities including New Delhi, Pune, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Kolkata, and Vapi.

You will generate leads, promote ISO certification services, meet clients, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of certification projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Experience in sales/marketing (B2B preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads via field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and telemarketing.
• Promote ISO standards and certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 21001, ISO45001, ISO50001).
• Meet prospective clients and present suitable certification solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and decision-makers; achieve sales targets.
• Maintain CRM/MIS with daily activity reports and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a presentable personality, andbasicknowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and telemarketing.
• Promote ISO standards and certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 21001, ISO45001, ISO50001)
• Meet prospective clients, understand their certification requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. -Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain daily activity reports, client data, and follow-ups in CRM/MIS. -Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution of certification projects.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills Competencies

• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal written).
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate from a recognized university.
• 6-12 months of experience in sales and marketing (B2B preferred).
• Experience in ISO certification, consultancy, or service industry will be an added advantage.
