Responsibilities

Studio Setup Work: visit new franchise locations, install detailing machines, lighting, and utilities, verify layout and run post-install tests.
Machine Installation & Configuration: assemble, mount, configure machines, calibrate parameters, ensure safe wiring and load management.
Machine Repair & AMC Work: respond to breakdowns on-site, diagnose issues, perform repairs, schedule preventive AMC visits, update logs.
Technical Support & Reporting: provide on-site support during operations, report maintenance needs and propose solutions.

Urgent Requirement For Field Service Technician

We are hiring a Technician who will support new CarzSpa franchise openings by handling complete studio setup, including machine installations, lighting setup, equipment testing, and post-installation repair/AMC work. This role is critical in ensuring smooth franchise onboarding and continuous technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Setup Work
1. Visit new franchise location and handle complete technical setup.
2. Install detailing machines (vacuum, extractor, steam, RO, pressure washer).
3. Setup lighting (ceiling lights, task lights, bay lights).
4. Install and configure compressor, water line, drainage, and electric points.
5. Check studio layout and ensure it matches CarzSpa standards.
6. Run test operations for all machines after installation.
7. Provide basic training to franchise staff on machine handling.
Machine Installation & Configuration
1. Assemble, mount, and configure machines according to guidelines.
2. Calibrate equipment for correct pressure, suction, or temperature.
3. Ensure safe wiring and load management for all electrical equipment.
Machine Repair & AMC Work
1. Attend breakdown calls from franchise studios.
2. Diagnose machine issues and perform on-site repair.
3. Schedule and complete preventive AMC visits.
4. Replace faulty parts and recommend upgrades when required.
5. Maintain service logs and machine health reports.
Technical Support & Reporting
1. Provide technical support during studio operations.
2. Report any maintenance needs and propose solutions.
