Job summary

Iccs in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AVP-Operations (AGM Operations) from the BPO collections/debt recovery sector. The role demands leadership of large teams, driving targets, and optimizing end-to-end collection processes.

You will manage client relationships, monitor MIS dashboards, ensure compliance, and continually improve efficiency, cost and quality. Immediate joiners are preferred and an up to 10 LPA salary is offered, negotiable for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end BPO collection and debt recovery operations.
• Lead large teams comprising Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and collection executives.
• Drive collection targets, recovery rates, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency.
• Manage client relationships, business reviews, escalations, and service delivery.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, quality, and operational excellence.
