Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to lead QA/QC functions and laboratory operations at our manufacturing site in Gujarat. The role ensures GMP, ISO, IMS compliance and oversees analytical testing, SOPs and documentation.

You will investigate deviations, manage audits, drive quality improvements, training and CAPA, approve materials, and coordinate implementation of quality systems including FSSC, Halal and Kosher as applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (GMP, ISO) and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in laboratory management, analytical testing, SOPs and documentation.
• Ability to investigate deviations, root causes and implement CAPA.
• Experience managing internal, external, customer and regulatory audits.
• Leadership and team management with performance coaching.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management / QA / QC.
• Strong preference for specialty chemicals, fine chemicals, food ingredients, food processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory management, analytical testing, quality systems, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in GMP, ISO, CAPA, FSSC 22000, Halal and Kosher will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.
