Job summary

Rosenberger Interconnect India seeks a maintenance engineer to oversee production equipment maintenance, set PM schedules, and manage breakdown responses. The role includes spare part planning, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with Quality, Production and Process teams to keep lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds BE/BTech in Electrical & Electronics with 4-5 years of relevant experience and has expertise in hydraulic/pneumatic systems and electrical controls.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical & Electronics with 4-5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and electrical controls.
• Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Attend and resolve breakdown calls promptly.
• Manage MTBF and MTTR.
• Enforce safety norms and 5S standards.
• Plan and control spares inventory.
• Adhere to all regulations and EHS policy.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Process teams to resolve line issues.

Position Summary

Responsible for maintenance of production equipment. It includes setting and executing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, setting up new machinery / new lines, keeping track of engineering spares.

Education Requirement

BE/BTech-Electrical & Electronics ,4-5-year of experience

Required Work Experience

• Good Technical skills like hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Electrical control systems
• Installation, commissioning, PM, and breakdown of equipment
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Good Communication/BehaviourCritical skills & Attributes

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) as scheduled.
• Attend and resolve breakdown calls promptly.
• Control Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
• Follow and enforce safety norms.
• Maintain high 5S standards.
• Spares inventory Planning & Control.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, Process teams to resolve line issues efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
