Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Procurement leader to manage end-to-end procurement operations, including P2P cycles in SAP MM, vendor evaluation, RFQ/RFP and onboarding.

The role requires strong SAP skills, dashboard and KPI reporting, and the ability to lead a 30+ member team, ensuring SLA adherence, timely payments, and continual process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations including helpdesk.
• Handle PR/PO management and P2P cycle using SAP MM/P2P.
• Lead vendor evaluation, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Oversee invoice processing, 3-way match, dispute resolution & timely payments.
• Manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting (Excel & PPT).
• Drive stakeholder/client management and ensure SLA adherence.
• Handle escalations and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Lead and mentor a procurement operations team; drive productivity and compliance
