Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services seeks a skilled analytics leader to drive commercial analytics and BI programs. You will develop dashboards, interpret KPIs, and translate data into actionable guidance for executives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, manage stakeholders, and craft concise decision-oriented materials for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree plus 7-10 years in commercial analytics, sales ops, BI or related fields.
• Experience in alliance/technology-partner/sales or consulting environments is preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with concise materials.
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and dashboards.
• Experience delivering performance reports and KPIs to executives.
• Able to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including global stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors or master’s degree, with 7-10 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, alliance or channel operations, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in alliance, technology-partner, sales, professional services, or consulting environments is preferred.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce concise, decision-oriented materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other workflow and reporting tools including dashboard design, data visualization, and basic data modeling.
• Experience developing performance reports and interpreting KPIs for business or executive audiences.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
