Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, with exposure to sales, business intelligence, or analytics functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels and regions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify key business questions
• Work together with our IT department to create, join, and manage complex data sets in Power BI to answer key business questions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
• Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex business problems within our BI ecosystem
• Manage trainings of key stakeholders and provide ad-hoc trainings if needed
• Provide first level support to sub region representatives and Global Sales team for trouble shooting existing Power BI solutions
• Focus on improving availability and interpretation of sales data, with an emphasis on providing value-added recommendations in order to improve business performance
• Manage and enhance data quality by developing and optimizing data quality reports and processes, while collaborating with the Business Process Harmonization team to identify, address, and resolve data quality issues
