Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced State Head / Vertical Head to lead business operations and drive sales, revenue, market expansion, and overall business growth for the assigned state.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Strong experience in team handling, distributor management, channel development, and business expansion.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare market dynamics.
• Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.

Education

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm / Life Sciences / Graduate with relevant industry experience.

Preferred Profile

Candidates from reputed Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Retail Pharmacy, Distribution, or related organizations with strong state-level business leadership experience will be preferred.
