Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, concept-oriented classroom teaching for JEE / NEET aspirants.
• Develop strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills and application-based learning.
• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the JEE/NEET syllabus and examination pattern.
• Prepare and evaluate tests, assignments, worksheets and practice material.
• Conduct doubt-solving and remedial sessions as required.
• Analyse student performance and provide academic guidance for improvement.
• Keep updated with the latest JEE and NEET syllabus, examination patterns and competitive-level requirements.
• Mentor students and support them in achieving their academic and competitive examination goals.
• Coordinate with the academic team for effective curriculum planning and delivery.
• Maintain a disciplined, engaging and student-focused classroom environment.

Candidate Profile

• Strong subject knowledge in the respective discipline.
• Prior experience teaching JEE and/or NEET aspirants will be preferred.
• Experience teaching Senior Secondary / Classes XIXII students.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for teaching and working with competitive-examination aspirants.

Location Preference

Candidates currently based in Lucknow or nearby locations only.
Outstation candidates will not be processed for this position.

Salary

80,000 – 1,00,000 per month, based on experience and last drawn salary.
