About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physics Faculty to teach students preparing for JEE/NEET (11th & 12th) and Foundation batches (6th to 10th). The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom delivery, and a deep understanding of exam patterns and student learning behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Physics lectures aligned with JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET syllabi.
• Prepare students with conceptual clarity, problem‑solving techniques, and exam‑oriented strategies.
• Design assignments, DPPs, practice sheets, and test papers.
• Conduct doubt‑solving sessions and mentor students individually.
• Track student performance and provide regular feedback to improve outcomes.

For Foundation (6th to 10th)

• Teach basic to advanced Physics concepts in an engaging and age‑appropriate manner.
• Help build a strong conceptual base for future competitive exams.
• Create innovative teaching materials, worksheets, and activity‑based learning modules.
• Foster curiosity and scientific thinking among students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Candidates from IIT/NIT are preferred.
