Job summary

NAMTECH in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a seasoned MIS professional to analyse data, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and develop MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI or Tableau.

You will track KPIs such as enrolment, course completion, placements, trainer availability, and lab readiness; collect data from ITIs and project teams; and support data-driven decision making with clear presentations.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, reporting, research, business analysis, or programme monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to present data clearly.
• Experience in education, skill development, consulting, CSR, research, or government projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIs, vocational training, or the skill development ecosystem will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
