Time Legend IT & HR Consulting Solutions Group Satguru Travels & Tours is seeking a Finance Executive for a project that requires relocation to Africa for 2 years. The role involves posting journal entries, updating AR/AP, processing expenses, payroll, and preparing weekly/monthly reports.

The candidate will assist senior accountants during close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements in alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Recording and reviewing expenses, payroll, etc. as assigned.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
• Preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain the general ledger operations.
• Sending data for tax filing.
• Record and process employee expense reports.
