Management Accountant for Tanzania (CA Inter/ICWA Inter)

We are urgently hiring a qualified and experienced Management Accountant for Tanzania. The ideal candidate must be an Indian expat with 1–3 years of prior work experience in the African region. This role involves supporting the company's financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost control functions, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and local accounting standards.
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow, and treasury management.
• Monitor inventory costing, asset management, and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare budgets, variance analysis, and cost control reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and government bodies.
• Maintain documentation for audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Implement internal controls and best practices.
• Support ERP/Accounting software implementation and improvements.
