Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for intermediate chemical plants.
• Plan and execute monthly production schedules.
• Drive production efficiency, yield improvement, and energy optimization.
• Monitor plant performance and initiate productivity improvements.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, QESH, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor plant performance via MIS reports and implement productivity improvements.
• Lead waste reduction, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee plant safety programs including incident analysis, CAPA, and PSM.
• Support plant capacity expansion and process improvements with minimal capex.
• Mentor production managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for intermediate chemical plants.
• Plan and execute monthly production schedules in coordination with QA/QC and Marketing.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and packing materials in collaboration with the materials team.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
• Drive production efficiency, yield improvement, and energy optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, QESH, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Monitor plant performance through MIS reports and initiate productivity improvements.
• Lead waste reduction, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee plant safety programs including incident analysis, CAPA implementation, and PSM compliance.
• Support plant capacity expansion and process improvements with minimal capital investment.
