Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Review monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per ITC and statutory guidelines.
• Oversee preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements, including GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Cost Control & Inventory Management

• Monitor departmental expenses and implement effective cost control measures.
• Oversee inventory management across F&B, housekeeping, and other operational departments.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining guest service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and accountability.
• Conduct regular reviews to improve team performance and process efficiency.

Strategic Partnership

• Partner with the General Manager to provide financial insights that drive key.
• Support initiatives for revenue growth, margin improvement, and process
