Trigent Software is seeking a Unified Communications & Collaboration Support Engineer to join our hybrid team in Pune/Bangalore/Coimbatore. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve UC&C incidents, and collaborate with vendor teams to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires 2.7–3 years of experience, familiarity with Cisco UCS, Genesys, and contact centre tech, and strong communication skills to work across IT and business units on US-shift hours.
