• Professional Development: Take ownership of continual professional development, maintaining and enhancing knowledge of products and the wider insurance industry
• Previous experience in UK commercial insurance broking, policy administration, or underwriting support preferred
• Systems: Proficiency with Acturis (or similar broking platforms) and Microsoft Office Preferred
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and effective written and verbal communication
• Understanding of UK insurance products, FCA regulatory requirements, and broking procedures preferred
