Job summary

Site4Placements is seeking a UK Accountant in Mumbai to manage end-to-end UK accounting processes and year-end accounts preparation. You will prepare financial statements per UK standards, perform self-reviews, and review colleagues' year-end work, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of UK accounting experience, familiarity with FRS 102/105, VAT reconciliations, and proficiency in UK software like CaseWare, IRIS, and Xero.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UK accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK year-end accounts preparation and end-to-end accounting processes.
• Experience with UK standards: FRS 102 and/or FRS 105.
• Experience in self-review, preparation and/or review of year-end accounts.
• Good understanding of VAT reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with UK accounting software such as CaseWare, IRIS, CCH, Sage, TaxCalc, Xero or QuickBooks.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting and UK year-end accounts preparation.

• Ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining quality standards and turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain timesheets and update workflow management systems.

Hiring: UK Accountant Designation:

UK Accountant Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹5–7 LPA

Location: Mumbai Work Mode: WFO/Hybrid for Mumbai-based candidates | WFH for outstation candidates

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: Day Shift (9 hours; between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
