Job summary

NLB Services is seeking a UiPath Solution Architect to design, implement, and lead enterprise automation solutions using UiPath across complex processes. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, guide development teams, and ensure governance, security, and scalability throughout the project lifecycle.

10–15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in UiPath solution architecture is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in UiPath solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end automation solutions.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale RPA initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of API and database integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.
• Lead solution discovery workshops and assess feasibility.
• Prepare SDDs and define overall solution architecture.
• Guide development teams and review designs for quality.
• Design reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Define security, exception handling, logging, and monitoring standards.
• Support solution estimation, technical proposals, and client discussions.
• Mentor developers and promote automation best practices.
• Drive automation governance and ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, define scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Lead solution discovery workshops and assess process automation feasibility.
• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and define the overall solution architecture.
• Guide development teams and review solution designs to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Design reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Define security, exception handling, logging, and monitoring standards.
