Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Solution Architect to partner with businesses and partners to leverage the UiPath Automation Platform. You will design, develop, test, and build world-class robots that drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team of automation developers within UiPath Professional Services. The role demands strong UiPath knowledge, experience with RE-framework, and expertise in C#, Python, and AI-enabled tooling to accelerate solution design

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Strong technical skills on UiPath and end-to-end UiPath Product Suite.
• Knowledge of workflow-based logic and RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, and DU Framework.
• Experience with UiPath IXP / Document Understanding, Computer Vision, and Action Center.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and test automation workflows using UiPath Automation Platform.
• Develop a stable, reusable and scalable automation solution design using UiPath.
• Provide solution designs to customers during deployment, POCs and project implementation.
• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation projects.
• Mentor developers and architects and deliver technical training and demos.

Your mission

As a Solution Architect you work with businesses and Partners to help them leverage full potential of UiPath Automation Platform. You would involve in Designing, Developing, Testing and Building world class robots that impacts revenue growth, operational efficiencies, customer/Employee satisfaction of our end customers. You Will be part of a group of elite Developers in UiPath Professional Services and will lead a team of Automation developers.

What You'll Do At UiPath

• Design, code and test automation workflows using UiPath Automation Platform.
• Develop a stable/reusable and scalable Automation solution design using UiPath.
• Decide on the development methodologies and best practices.
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components from UiPath Product Suite.
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase.
• Oversee the development of the automation projects and components according to the solution design and requirements.
• Oversee the testing, deployment, hyper care, and monitoring stages.
• Review the crucial pieces of code and facilitate knowledge transfer in the project team.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using C#/.NET, with Python for custom coded workflows.
• Design and deliver agentic automation solutions using UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro (agentic orchestration), and Autopilot.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and OpenAI Codex to accelerate solution design, development, code reviews, and documentation.
• Responsible for the overall testing cycles
• Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients.
• Mentor budding Developers and Architects.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Experience leading a Team is a Plus.
• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath Product Suite.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework,
• Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework.
• Working knowledge of UiPath IXP / Document Understanding, Computer Vision, and Action Center
• Experience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation is a plus.
• Experience working with other RPA tools is a plus.
• UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certified are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript is a must
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Understanding UiPath Infrastructure requirements is a plus.
• Experience Working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights is a plus.
• Hands-on understanding of Generative AI and UiPath agentic automation – Agent Builder, Maestro (agentic orchestration), Autopilot, AI Trust Layer, and Context Grounding.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), prompt engineering, and agent frameworks / Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of Cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus
