Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a UiPath Tech Architect to lead automation architecture across engagements Pan India in a hybrid work setup. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on architectural experience with UiPath, ML/GenAI, and document understanding.

You will define non-functional requirements, build scalable architectures, and drive sign-offs with partners. You will mentor teams, establish reusable frameworks, assess automation opportunities, and contribute to presales with technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in project implementations as Technical Architect, hands-on development experience in platform.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Experience in managing architecture for multi-project deployments.
• Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other digital technologies to architect transformations.
• Experience interfacing with business, IT and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and conform to non-functional requirements for projects.
• Build architecture for projects per functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with partners and obtain architecture sign-off.
• Troubleshoot and assist teams in resolving critical technical issues.
• Train project teams in adopting reusability and best practices.
• Drive architectural, design and coding standards.
• Coordinate and participate in peer reviews and walkthroughs.
• Conduct internal platform training programs.
• Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets across engagements.
• Assess automation opportunities and provide technical solutions.
• Stay updated on platform roadmap and features.
• Travel to partner locations for workshops and escalation.
• Support pre-sales with technical solutions and demos.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be accountable for definition and conformance to non-functional requirements for the project
• Build Architecture for project (s) as per functional and Non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with partners and get Architecture Signoff
• Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues
• Train project team(s) in adopting reusability and best
• Architectural, design and coding practices
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthrough
• Conduct internal platform training programs
• Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets for adoption across engagements
• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution.
• Keep abreast with platform roadmap and upcoming product features
• Travel to technology partner locations for technical workshops and issue escalation and management
• Support Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions, present technical solution to partners
