You will collaborate with development and business teams, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, while aligning with SLAs and change management practices.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in RPA with hands-on UiPath expertise.
• Production support for UiPath bots and automation workflows.
• Preference for experience with incident, problem, and change management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining UiPath automation solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
