Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced UiPath Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the enterprise UiPath automation platform across India. The candidate will handle UiPath Orchestrator administration, bot monitoring, code deployments, and platform maintenance.

The role requires 4 to 8 years of experience in UiPath and hands-on work with bot deployments, server configuration, incident resolution, and production support.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in UiPath Admin/Orchestrator focus.
• Experience in managing UiPath Orchestrator and bot deployments.
• Strong production support and incident handling.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident/change management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and cloud basics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain UiPath platform and Orchestrator environment.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, folders, robots, machines, and licenses.
• Monitor unattended and attended bots, queues, schedules, and platform health.
• Perform bot deployments and release management across environments.
• Handle server configuration, maintenance, patching, and health checks.
• Troubleshoot bot failures, infrastructure issues, and Orchestrator incidents.
• Support UiPath code maintenance, defect fixes, and production issues.
• Monitor databases, logs, Windows services, and application performance.
• Manage incidents and change activities using ServiceNow.
• Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, audit records, and support reports.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure, database, security, and business teams.
