Role- UI/UX Designer

Location - Bangaore

Notice Period- Immediate joiners (0-15 Days)

We are looking for an experienced Designer to drive the design of enterprise-grade analytics experiences, dashboards, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in designing business intelligence platforms, data visualization experiences, and enterprise web applications that transform complex data into intuitive, actionable insights.

This role requires a designer who can own the end-to-end design process, collaborate closely with product managers, data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve user experiences, and create scalable design solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX design expertise with an understanding of analytics workflows, information architecture, and modern enterprise application design. Experience leveraging AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design exploration is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for enterprise analytics platforms, dashboards, reports, and business applications.
• Translate complex business requirements and data workflows into simple, engaging, and actionable user experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications using AI or other tools
• Create experiences for KPI dashboards, executive reporting, drill-down analytics, filtering, navigation, and self-service analytics workflows.
• Partner closely with product managers, data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver impactful design solutions.
• Own the complete UI/UX design lifecycle from discovery and ideation through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct usability reviews, gather user feedback, and recommend UX improvements to enhance adoption and user satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain reusable UI components, interaction patterns, design standards, and scalable design systems.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, Figma AI, or similar platforms to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing >Enterprise applications >Analytics dashboard >Business intelligence solutions
• Interactive data visualization experiences Strong understanding of: >UX principles >Interaction design >Information architecture >Responsive design >Design systems Accessibility standards
• Experience designing complex workflows and applications for enterprise users.
