Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking a senior UX/UI/Product Designer to own end-to-end design for enterprise web and mobile experiences. You will shape user journeys, dashboards, and design systems while collaborating with product, engineering, data and business teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in UX/UI and product design, strong experience with React/TypeScript, and a portfolio of enterprise projects. Immediate joiners preferred; hybrid or on-site work may be considered.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of UX/UI and product design experience across web and mobile platforms in enterprise, professional services, or product-focused environments.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications, dashboards, and digital product experiences.
• Strong understanding of design systems, reusable component frameworks, and enterprise UX standards.
• Experience facilitating design discussions, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level product walkthroughs.
• Strong foundation in UX including journeys, IA, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
• Exposure to AI-enabled product development workflows and AI-driven design trends.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design engagements in enterprise apps.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Preferred technical & functional skills

• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and modern component-based front-end frameworks
• Experience working within AI-assisted or design-to-code development workflows
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code product development platforms
• Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, or user research activities
• Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, and modern digital engagement patterns
• Prior experience supporting enterprise or B2B product organizations
