Job summary

StratGo Media is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of web technologies to design intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused websites and landing pages for our clients.

You will combine strong visual design with front-end understanding (HTML, CSS, PHP) to deliver responsive layouts, high-converting landing pages, and development-ready designs across desktop and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience for websites and landing pages.
• Strong portfolio of website UI/UX and landing page work.
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Basic working knowledge of PHP.

Scope of Work

User Experience (UX)

• Understand client requirements, business goals, target audiences, and user behavior.
• Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability assessments.
• Create user flows, customer journeys, and wireframes.
• Structure website information architecture for intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences.

User Interface (UI) & Web Design

• Design high-quality, responsive website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Create visually appealing, brand-aligned website interfaces and landing pages.
• Design conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns, lead generation, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, and design systems.
• Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs that are practical to implement and development-ready.
• Optimize website layouts and user journeys for usability, engagement, and conversions.

Basic Web Development & Technical Implementation

• Have a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and PHP to support website design and implementation.
• Understand how UI designs translate into functional web pages and how design elements interact with website code.
• Make basic front-end adjustments and styling changes using HTML and CSS.
• Understand PHP fundamentals and how PHP-based websites and templates are structured.
• Collaborate on website and landing page implementation, troubleshoot basic design-related issues, and ensure visual consistency between approved designs and live pages.

Collaboration

• Work closely with account managers, developers, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver quality outputs.
• Present design concepts and explain design decisions to internal teams and clients.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of website designs and landing pages.

Deliverables

• Website wireframes and interactive prototypes, from low to high fidelity.
• Final UI designs for desktop and mobile, preferably using Figma.
• Landing page designs focused on campaign objectives and conversions.
• Design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Developer handoff files with clear specifications and annotations.
• Basic HTML/CSS adjustments and support with PHP-based website layouts, where required.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on websites and landing pages.
• A strong portfolio showcasing website UI/UX projects and landing page designs.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) ; experience with Adobe XD or Sketch is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
• Basic working knowledge of PHP is mandatory.
• Understanding of responsive web design, usability principles, and website structure.
• Familiarity with website templates, layout implementation, and the relationship between design and development.
• Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and consistency.
• Ability to design websites and landing pages with clear user journeys and conversion objectives.
