You will be responsible for designing complete websites and landing pages and improving the user experience across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands both aesthetics and conversion psychology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete website layouts from scratch
• Create high-converting landing pages for Meta and Google Ads
• Improve UX flow for consultation forms and lead funnels
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
• Optimize UI for better engagement and lower bounce rate
• Work closely with marketing and development teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets
• Conduct basic UX research and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong hands‑on experience in Figma and other UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and conversion‑focused design
