This dual-role opportunity requires strong leadership and hands‑on design capabilities to craft elegant web and mobile applications for a global user base. You’ll own the end-to-end design process and mentor junior designers in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment.
Lead and own the complete UI/UX design lifecycle — from discovery to delivery.
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to inform design decisions.
Create personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Build and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user experience with business goals.
Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and mobile‑first design principles.
Integrate micro‑interactions and motion design using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Framer.
Ensure pixel‑perfect design implementation and maintain design consistency across products.
Mentor junior designers, review their work, and build a culture of design excellence.
Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for responsive web and mobile applications.
Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proven experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing.
In‑depth knowledge of design thinking, interaction design, and HCI principles.
Hands‑on with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, and Axure.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge the design-development gap.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap).
Ability to design engaging animations and transitions via motion tools.
Excellent problem‑solving and workflow simplification skills.
Strong communication skills to present and justify designs to diverse stakeholders.
