Job summary

AthElite is seeking a UI/UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience to craft intuitive, engaging interfaces for our web-based SaaS platform. You’ll own the design process from discovery through handoff, collaborating with product owners, engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

You should have a strong portfolio, be proficient in Figma, and comfortable creating design systems, responsive layouts and accessibility-conscious interfaces.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web applications, SaaS products or digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, libraries and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, information architecture and interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements and workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design responsive interfaces for web applications across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Plan and conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing when required.
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements based on user feedback, data and product goals.
• Build, maintain and improve reusable components, design systems and interface guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and technically feasible implementation.
• Prepare clear design specifications, assets, states and interaction details for developer handoff.
• Review implemented designs and provide feedback to maintain visual and functional consistency.
• Design states for positive, negative, empty, loading, error and edge-case scenarios across product workflows.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, design reviews and product release activities.
