Job summary

Constructiviq invites a creative UI/UX Designer to shape enterprise software experiences. You will collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to turn ideas into visual designs and interactive prototypes.

You will work with wireframes, storyboards and sitemaps, design UI elements, and ensure consistency in fonts, colors and images. A strong portfolio, familiarity with Figma and front-end basics (HTML/CSS) are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year industry or academic/intern experience as a UI/UX Designer building enterprise software products.
• Degree from top design school in India.
• Built a portfolio of design projects.
• Excellent knowledge of wireframe tools.
• Turn designs into basic front-end code (HTML/CSS) for implementation by an development team.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Exposure to Figma, Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, or other software tools to give a complete solution.
• Exposure in drawing mock ups, Visio flows and data flow and sequence diagrams
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Exposure to design across multiple device types and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
• Keeping up with new trends in design and tech
• Competencies in interaction design, systems thinking, and product design
