Role Description

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team at Inspire Group. If you're someone who can bring both aesthetic finesse and functional clarity to digital design, we want to hear from you. Your job will be to design visually engaging, functionally useful, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, landing pages, emailers, and newsletters, often for brands across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Design responsive webpages, app screens, emailers, landing pages, and digital campaigns with a focus on clean, user-centric UI.
Create brand-aligned visuals for social media, branding campaigns, and print (brochures, posters, standees, etc.)
Support branding projects through the creation of logos, brand guides, and identity elements.
Contribute to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and moodboards as needed.
Work with the copywriting and account team to understand client goals and bring ideas to life visually.
Conceptualize and create animated videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media and digital campaigns using tools like Canva, After Effects, or similar software.
Ensure visual consistency across formats, platforms, and client brands.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and reviews with an openness to feedback and iteration.
Assist with presentation decks, client pitches, and internal visual assets.
Assist in basic user research activities like competitor analysis or gathering stakeholder feedback.
Handle revisions and feedback cycles with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
Support in post-design tasks such as packaging visuals for developers or presentation decks for clients.

Good to Have

Motion graphics/video editing skills (Canva, After Effects, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
An understanding of user flows, personas, and design systems is a bonus.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong foundation in UI/UX.
A solid portfolio showcasing both digital UI work and visual branding projects.
Proficiency in Figma, CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and optionally, XD or Canva.
A strong eye for detail, typography, layout, and color.
Ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working with developers, marketers, and content creators in a collaborative environment.
