Job summary

AanantaTech Stravira LLP in Bengaluru seeks a design-focused professional to own the end-to-end design process for enterprise products, from research to high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementations.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with emphasis on design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and rapid iteration in an agile environment, using Figma to build cohesive components and libraries. Growth toward Lead Designer and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to work in fast-paced agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests

About the Role
