Job summary

Amura Marketing Technologies in Pune (On-Site) is seeking an ambitious UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to craft intuitive web and mobile interfaces. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, and contribute to visual design across platforms.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams, develop design systems, stay current with UI/UX trends, and ensure accessibility across products.

What are we looking for?

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Visual Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing design.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and align with the overall project goals.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and incorporate them into design work.
• Understanding of generative AI technologies and tools.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
• Accessibility: Ensure that all designs are accessible and adhere to best practices in accessibility standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
