Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually engaging, accessible, and responsive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centred design, prototyping, design systems, and modern AI-powered design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through surveys, analytics, and usability testing to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible UI for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, BA, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.
• Validate designs through usability testing, feedback, and iterative improvements.
• Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

1. UI/UX Design

• Strong understanding of Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design,and Information Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with User Flows, Wireframes, High-Fidelity UI Designs, Prototypes, and Design Systems.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, colour theory, and iconography.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility principles.
