Job summary

Big NGO is seeking a mid-level UI/UX designer to shape the NGO-facing dashboard, donor experiences, and public NGO websites. You will design user flows and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, grounded in research with NGO staff.

You will maintain the design system, collaborate with engineers, and ensure accessibility and performance across templates for diverse NGO users. This role offers hybrid work with an office presence in Noida.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating real product work (not just concept work).
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum).
• Ability to work within an established design system and extend it.

About Big NGO

Big NGO's design team is responsible for the entire product experience — the NGO-facing dashboard, the public-facing NGO websites we generate, the donor-facing payment flows, and the marketing site. Our users range from 24-year-old startup NGO founders to 68-year-old trust trustees who are not comfortable with technology.

What you will do

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma

• Design NGO website templates that are accessible and performant

What you need
