Job summary

Ctruh is seeking a hands-on UI/UX Designer to transform complex product ideas into intuitive, scalable digital experiences across our AI-powered SaaS platform and marketing sites.

You will own the design lifecycle from user research to developer handoff, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to craft user-centric interfaces and maintain a scalable design system.

About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer who can transform complex product ideas into intuitive, scalable, and delightful digital experiences. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to design user-centric interfaces across our AI-powered SaaS platform, marketing website, and future product experiences.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can take complete ownership of the design lifecycle, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with Ctruh's products while ensuring every experience is intuitive, consistent, and visually compelling.

What You'll Own

• Own the complete product design lifecycle including user research, problem discovery, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability validation, and developer handoff.
• Design intuitive user journeys, interaction patterns, dashboards, workflows, and interfaces that simplify complex user problems.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that are modern, visually appealing, responsive, accessible, and aligned with Ctruh's product vision.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, feedback sessions, and heuristic evaluations to continuously improve product usability.
• Translate business requirements and product goals into thoughtful user experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable design systems, reusable components, and design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI teams, and Leadership to define product requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation by working alongside developers during design handoff and development.
• Identify UX gaps, usability bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across existing products.
• Design experiences for web applications, product dashboards, landing pages, marketing websites, and future mobile products.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design patterns, accessibility standards, AI-assisted design workflows, and modern interaction techniques.
• Continuously improve internal design processes, documentation, collaboration, and design quality standards.

Must-Haves

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of professional experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking, problem-solving approach, and polished UI execution.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop and tablet devices.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, color systems, and hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and product teams throughout the design process.
• High attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environments.

Good-to-Have

• Experience designing SaaS, AI, B2B, or enterprise products.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) guidelines and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend implementation constraints.
• Experience using analytics, heatmaps, or usability tools to inform design decisions.
• Experience working with AI-powered products or emerging technologies.

Tools You’ll Use

You will work with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Notion, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite (optional), Maze/Hotjar (or similar usability tools), and Figma Dev Mode while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
