Job summary

Gnapi Technologies is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to craft intuitive web and mobile experiences. You will translate user needs and business goals into engaging designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Based in Bengaluru, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment, conducting user research and usability testing to refine solutions and ensure accessibility and consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Good to have experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
