About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design and product team. The ideal candidate will help design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for modern enterprise applications.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new features and applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and UX best practices.
• Improve user journeys and optimize existing interfaces based on feedback and usability testing.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design concepts.
• Understanding of responsive design and usability best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
