KNOLSKAPE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a UX/UI Designer who will voice customer needs and translate insights into meaningful user experiences. You will research pain points, design intuitive interfaces, and ensure both functional and experiential quality across products.

The role requires hands-on UX/UI design with proficiency in Figma/Photoshop/Sketch/Adobe XD, plus experience in user research and rapid prototyping. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver polished interfaces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview: As a UX/UI Designer, you will have the privilege to be the voice of our customers. You will hence be expected to be a creative, innovative, empathetic, and passionate problem-solver. As part of this role, you will - research, understand the pain points, and translate the insights into meaningful and delightful user experiences. You will create a direct impact on our customers’ by ensuring both functional and experiential product designs.

Major responsibilities include the following

• UX/UI design experience.


• Should have experience in user-centered design (UCD), planning & prioritizing, conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility concerns.


• Experience in creating user flows, storyboards, journey maps, Information Architecture, wireframes.


• You'll be expected to design and deliver UI mock-ups, Prototypes, MVPs and Final product within the timelines.


• Hands on experience with tools of the trade like Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.


• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for User Research Interviews & Surveys and translate research insights into your designs.


• Communicate effectively with other designers, developers, tech leads, product managers, and other stakeholders.


• Creative, Innovative and Passionate approach towards solving problems.


• Proven work experience.

Role Requirements

• Manage and execute the long and short-term goals & deliverables of the design team in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.


• Manage cross team communications and collaborations with Product, Tech, and Business owners.


• Multitasking with a portfolio of products.


• Lead a strong feedback loop on the design process across the multifunctional teams.


• Maintain and evolve the documentation, and processes.


• Create frameworks and heuristics for the Design team to operate within.


• Mentor junior designers and guide them.

• Familiar with frontend development practices.


• Experience in a start-up environment before.


• Experience in designing digital products for the US market.


• Experience in using various AI tools for designing and editing like mid journey, pictory.ai etc.
