Job summary

Kylas & K2V2 Technologies Private Limited is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Pune to shape the user experience of Kylas CRM. You’ll collaborate with product managers and developers to craft intuitive, scalable interfaces.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and shipped products.
• Expertise in Figma (preferred) and proficiency with Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of User-Centred Design (UCD), interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, colour theory, spacing, layouts, and component-based design.
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced product environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour, and identify pain points to drive design decisions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex CRM processes.
• Design clean, modern interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Ensure consistency across the product through visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and layout principles.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI component library.
• Work with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Pixel-perfect implementation of designs with developers; participate in design reviews.

About the Role:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of Kylas CRM. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing interfaces that solve real customer problems while delivering an exceptional product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour, and identify pain points to drive design decisions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex CRM processes.

User Research & Experience Design:

• Design clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
• Ensure consistency across the product through strong visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and layout principles.

Design Systems:

• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI component library.
• Ensure consistency across all product modules and platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews and product discussions to improve usability and user satisfaction.

Usability & Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on customer insights, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Accessibility:

• Design interfaces that follow accessibility (WCAG) guidelines and inclusive design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
