Gnapi Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a creative UI/UX Designer to transform user needs into engaging digital experiences for web and mobile. You will work with product and development teams to craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups while ensuring accessibility and responsive design.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Front-end basics knowledge is a plus.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements, interaction patterns, and brand alignment across products.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various platforms (please include with application).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good To Have

• Experience in motion design or micro interactions is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
